Great Ramen soup! Perfect umami Taste! Thanks :-)

It was ok! Very salty, and for a normal person, it would probably be a small portion, but it was large enough for me. It was a nice clean spot and food was ready very quickly! Seating was a little difficult to find, but it turns over pretty quickly. Would recommend for a small, quick bite, and if you dont mind keeping an eye open for available seats.

Tasty spicy Ramen, a bit more pricey than other places.

I go to this place often! This is the best place to dine. I visit this spot many times. The cooking is great, the team is welcoming and the prices are good. I like eating in this spot to have a good lunch.

Located inside City Kitchen which is a food hall right off of 8th Avenue servicing Time Square and the adjoining areas of Manhattan. The Ramen is done by Ippudo. Great Broth, But very small portion. Especially for the Price. Pork buns were good. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back. Could have been 4 stars if the servings were larger.

The time was 9:21 on the 28th of December and I had gone to Kuro Obi to get a soup to go that I have had from this restaurant in the past. When I went to place my order I was told that no more orders could be placed. I asked again because I had been looking forward to this and I was yet again turned down rudely by the two employees that were working at the time. I’m now left wondering because the online website clearly states that they close at 10:00 not 9:21. I had arrived around 40 minutes before they closed and was refused service for a single soup to go. HORRIBLE customer service.

This place is the one I like best. I eat in plenty of restaurants but to this place I go the most. The team is very professional and the cooking they serve is so appetizing. I never miss an opportunity to have a good dinner here. I highly recommend this place.

The ramen itself is great, full of flavor, probably top 5 I’ve ever had. However, spicy/hot sauce is for an additional charge (!) and portions are significantly smaller than you’d find at a restaurant for a similar price. This is located at a food hall with few tables so sitting is not guaranteed. I know I will return, but just wish it was more affordable or portions were larger to compensate for it being at a food hall with no seats or chili flakes!

Great quick ramen shop. Grab and go is probably the best option because the seats are limited.

Great quality of ramen! Love the spicy miso paste and the soft boiled egg was perfect, just don't expect a smile or to get away feeling like you haven't done a disservice to the staff.

Great ramen, lousy portions, and missing ingredients. This company serves some of the best ramen in NYC. Unfortunately, the portion sizes are small to begin with (the takeaway containers look to be about 2/3 the size of a normal restaurant ramen bowl). I got this to go, and when I reached my destination, I found that my order only filled the already small bowl about 2/3 full, and there was no soft boiled egg! In addition, I had paid extra for extra pork chashi, only to find that each slice was paper thin. Again, any respectable ramen place makes their slices at least 1/4 inch thick. I loved the broth & noodles, but won’t be returning here, as you pay the same as a restaurant prices for much less food. Disappointing.

Ok food. Nothing special. I asked for an addition of corn. Its like $3 for a tiny container added on top. The pork bun burger is more of a taco that rips in half. As usual, no good beverages. This place is located on the 2nd floor. Its a cool looking food hall with not enough seating.

Very delicious. Convenient location. Stopped in for lunch before going to a matinee show
