Absolutely love this place. I've visited/ordered from here almost 10 times since they've opened and have always had a good experience.I love that they customize the sugar and ice levels for a great experience.My two absolute favs are passion fruit green tea with mango popping bubbles and taro milk tea with coffee popping bubbles.

Mediocre at best service was ok but was kinda slow but I recommend the one in Mason or Kenwood Mall much better service

This is the second time the location close early without any prior notice, I heard the real manager is always out of the country and not really taking care of the place. Topping run out often as well. This is embarrassing the whole king fu tea franchise. If you want to hire student worker then it’s your responsibility to make sure they are responsible student workers.

Enjoyed a hot yaro tea, sooo delicious like hot chocolate only better and healthy too! Manager and staff very friendly and happy to help you make the right choice from their many selections both hot and cold

Slow preparation, the staff doesn’t know well about the menu. Wrong drink, definitely not as same as other Kung Fu stores.

Tony was very friendly and knowledgeable! He has tried all 54 drinks on the menu and knew exactly what I was looking for. The shop was clean and the menu was easy to navigate. Top notch customer service and DELICIOUS tea! The best tea I’ve ever had!

Always out of toppings. Very poor selection. And drinks are not as nicely made as other kung fu tea I've been to. Beside good bubble, there is nothing else about this place.
