Kung Fu Tea

Have been here three times in the last week since finding this place. The tea tastes incredibly fresh and is well brewed. The milk tea is also very tasty.Easy ordering and there is an app to earn free drinks. Free is always good.Can't wait to go back. As other reviewers mentioned there is often a wait here... But it's well worth the wait.

Convenient tasty boba drinks

I don't like to buy anymore this tea from here.day by day they are making tea very bad taste . hiring new kids not problem but nit giving proper traning ,flavor maintenance also not teaching that's bad.i drink lot of times Kung Fu tea here but from last few days onwards tatse was very bad.

For being my first time trying it I sure enjoyed the taste of the milk tea and I can't wait to try others that have to offer

Spend 6.69 for a Lg cup, don’t get much bubbles( topping) 95 % are liquid. Wish I know how to post photo.

Bubbles were kinda raw and very hard to chew when we bought them this afternoon. It happens SEVERAL times and this is the first time we ask them to remake it. One of the girl who made the milk tea for us apologized about that after she tried a bite. However, The cashier wouldn't remake it or refund the bubble for some ridiculous sale policy reason. She also said that bubbles were ok and not raw at all. It felt just like we were lying. This is a very unpleasant experience and I do not think that cashier knows anything about the customer service.

Tea is very good but service is incredibly slow. I tried to go on my 30 minute break (I work in the mall) and had to leave because they were so slow. The worst part was that there was only 1 person in front of me. Its ridiculous that it takes 20 minutes to get through 2 orders.

Sweet service here! I get bubbles everytime! Fun place to stop at in the mall, you even get to see them concoct the tea or whatever drink that you decide to get. I work near here so it's pretty perfect for lunches or just to hang for a bit after work at the mall.

Great service, the person taking my order was helpful and seemed like they actually liked their job. Got my tea in 1-2 minutes. I got a lychee punch with popping boba, which I am super happy about. Only thing I’m not a huge fan of is that the actual tea taste is very strong and not a huge lychee flavor, but it is tea so what can you expect. Overall I recommend.
