The food is great, my children love it here. The staff is kind and welcoming, the atmosphere is great!

Perfect service. Fresh food always!

Prices were good. Place is not the fanciest though. If you make a reservation, ask for a booth. We were sitting at the regular table once and there were 2 ladies talking so loudly. It was ridiculous. We moved to the booth and it pretty much saved our evening. I've been here at least 4 or 5 times. Food is good as well as the prices.

Great service and very nice. Also they're the only sushi joint that makes the yellowtail jalapeno the best. And, the have a particular roll called the "slammin salmon" really yummy. The ambiance is cool too!

Always a nice spot to go to for Japanese or Chinese food when in Kensington Brooklyn.

Absolutely love Kumo Sushi! Wife and I have been in the habit of ordering from them every Friday night going on two years now, and never a complaint. We really stopped experimenting with other places after our first order because we found them to offer the best combination of price, quality, friendliness and delivery quickness of all the many many places we tried. I have never stepped foot inside the place (actually don't even know where they are located) so review is delivery-specific.

Their bento box is the best so far. It's a classy spot, although it isn't too expensive.

We liked the sushi here. They have a wide variety of options for sushi. And the restaurant is pretty spacious.

The place is clean and the staff was nice. They have pretty good lunch specials. I had rolls and miso soup and it was good. However, no bar but they have wine. In the summer they have outside seating in the back of the store. The bathrooms was clean too and they have takeout. Outside of that it is your normal Japanese restaurant..

Hate to say this, but perhaps the WORST service I have ever seen or had to face it in this business!! Simply put, don't waste your time and or money going there. They used to be good at one point, for over the months I have seen them deteriorating and now they have stooped so low that all they care is your hard earned money in gratuity without even offering you one tenth of the service you so deserve!! AVOID this place and find yourself some other decent Japanese joint that has at least better service!! The food quality has gone down as well and so it's not at worth now to even spend a dime on this place. They need to SHUTDOWN and FAST.

Good sushi! Good service! Good edamame, rolls, wine, seaweed salad! Will definitely be back!

Great delivery service. Fast and fresh

Ordered sushi here on several occasions for my lunch at work. service for sushi was fair except this one time they got my order wrong. I called them to notify and they didn’t believe me. Made me take a picture of the food and went through a lot of drama for them to finally believe me and redeliver the correct order. But that’s not the reason for the 2 stars...I ordered their hibachi steak with a side of ginger wings..the hibachi meal was fine. But as soon as I looked at the ginger “wings” I immediately knew something was off.The bones were HUGE. No WING in sight. It was so weird that I have eaten chicken wings my entire life and could not identify these bones. I was so disgusted. I hate to feed into stereotypes but I know this was not chicken. Honestly looked like the hip-socket joint of a 4 legged animal. Very VERY disturbing. I’ve ordered from here probably 15 times (my go to sushi spot for lunch at work) but after this experience I really will never order here again.
