They suck

Long wait most of the time

Wow

If they are short-handed, or unloading a truck isn't your fault. The reason you have to wait that long is due to poor management, pure and simple.

This is the worst Krystal on earth, employee can't count to 10,the same dirty outfits, young assistants managers no high school education, walking around on phone, you never see anyone cleaning, washing off tables, no gloves when hanging food, need someone to come here clean house,new staff and manager that cares about good clean, customer service, at a nice clean place to serve great food
