Great breakfast. I hot the breakfast bowl. Would like for the grits to be just a little more thicker, but service in all was good.

Krystal's lobby was filthy. The whole restaurant smelled like a gas station restroom and the service was horrible. Staff was not friendly. Two of the staff preparing food were having a discussion about sweaty arm pits. This was my first and last visit to a Krystal's.

Food was good. Not real fresh but that’s whatever. We went through the drive through and it took literally 35 minutes. We sat at the window for 20 of those minutes and two cars behind us pulled off.

The food was ok... But there is always some issue with timeliness and customer service, as well as the ice cream/milk shake machine is never working. Well, obviously, from what they said, it's because it has to be cleaned and the cream has to be put in it daily. - Do they really think people at the counter can't hear them telling each other what has or hasn't been done? Our community is so tired of slow, lazy crew members and poor customer service at what are supposed to be fast food chains in our area.

Sorry service.Had 3 cars in front of me one drive away because of the long wait then when I finally got my order food was cold it use to be a good place over the last few months service has suffered greatly will no longer go there after today b😡

Food was just nasty. Patty was cold, way to much mustard, bread wasn't fresh. Service was nice but no one seem to know what was going on.

Good food and terrible service.... Cashier at drive through was impatient and rude... Was about to let us ride off without all our food until I went inside to get and got tots for the order of fries she took back when they got the order wrong

Most of everyone there was very nice and helpful! The little punk night manager that was there is a pos! I was traveling from Alabama to South Carolina and left my $250 coach wallet there. After 3hrs of finally tracking it down to this Krystal's location, I spoke with several managers that were very nice. They told me as long as I was there by closing(12) any manager on duty could give me my wallet! Well needless to say the little punk refused to give me my wallet and told me to come back in the morning. Which is 4.5hrs away, pfft! My id was inside so there was no problem with verification! Long story, I had to call the cops to get it back! Some people are petty!

Rude!!! While my daughter was standing in line, after ordering, an employee asked another employee "what does she want" with a very hateful tone. If shes standing in lune she obviously wants her food!

Great service and the staff are very attentive of customers.I wish I could give more stars.My food is hot and fresh.Staff are friendly and very nice.I recommend that you eat here.

Krystals was cold but the bread was soft. The cook had to wait for the manager to decide if she wanted to work or not. He had to prepare our food and deal with money. That's very unsanitary and unacceptable. The manager told him she has a headache 😒

Good food good service nice and clean.

Tooooo slow and did not follow my husband request for no mustard. He ended up throwing up while driving home from visiting our family fir thanksgiving

The food is usually fresh, but only because you have to wait for it to be cooked.
