Great service. I wasn’t pleased with the burgers. There’s no flavor. My wife compared to White Castle. Similarities in size , that was it . Little too much bread for me . I’d ordered wings as well. However I didn’t make it plain that I wanted regular wings , not hot wings , which I wasn’t asked upon placing my order. Which I forced myself to eat half the order. Not a good experience for me . I think the facility could use a facelift ( more up keep) would help with appearance.P. S. I did receive a reply from management seeking to attempt resolve my issue. However I don’t have Facebook or a Twitter account to further communicate with management which they asked me to do through social networks media . I do appreciate their attempt to communicate with me to resolve my issue. Warmly your Brother in Christ.

I went late at night and I was the only person there in the Drive-Thru. The food took a very long time to prepare and I didn't have a couple of things that I ordered. The food I did get was really good. They need better management or something though.

I like shopping at Krystal's because they have good food and their customer service is great that would really means a lot when you going to a business customer service means everything I don't care what you're going through but you got to have good customer service
