AVOID!!! They only seem to have one person working at nights. The drive thru haa tacky hand written note asking you to pull over to the window. It's been 26 minutes and I have yet to receive my food. I wonder why this brand is even in business with horrible wait times.

Great customer service , clean place and convenient just off I 95 . But I didn’t like the food chili fries were too salty and the quality of the burgers meat didn’t meet my expectations.

It's not this particular restaurant. It's every single one of them in the chain. They never get your order right. Ask for extra ketchup barely get any. Ask for extra pickles still only get one slice. Ask for well-done fries you're lucky to get them hot at all much less well done. This door failed and all of those aspects. I asked for ketchup in the bag didn't get any. I guess that's my fault for driving away to try and make sure the people behind me didn't have to wait as long as I was waiting. I probably go to this place once a year. And once a year I'm reminded why I don't go frequently.

Very friendly staff. Love the Chili pups. If you're staying at Comfort Suites you can drive there thru the Ramada parking lot so you don't have to go out on the main road.

It's a typical Krystal's - cheap, filling food. This location so far has only served us fresh food, which is a big step up from other locations I have been to. It takes a little longer, but well worth it. I took off one star simply because we waited so long in the drive thru the first time before someone acknowledged out existence that we started to doubt that they were even open. The hours are (obviously) super convenient, especially for us night shift folks. All in all, a good location to satisfy that random 3am Krystal's craving at.

I have been disappointed with their food before in the past but this recent experience has lost a customer for ever. I've been loving krystals since a kid and I would rather buy frozen white castle at this point. The krystals were hard old and crunchy, the chick's were cold as in the chicken was still frozen and the fries were burnt hard and disgusting. No more wasting a dime on disgusting krystals. This is the location on Baymeadows and always horrible food. This past weekend the few bites I ate made me sick and threw all 16 bucks of it in the trash. Never going back.

Great place to relax and enjoy your life. Staff is very friendly and the food was hot and fresh. Definitely affordable too
