They sold us raw burgers and corn pups on 11-29-19 this has happened 3 times now and has made my kids sick the manager always says sorry but yet this is the third time they have sold us uncooked food. Serving uncooked food to people is a good way to end up with a hospital visit for the customer and a lawsuit for Krystal. Just saying!

I highly recommend as well. Love the all you can eat Krystals and fries. The staff is really friendly. If their not to busy the one girl will bring out the food to our table for us. She asks us when we are ready for our next ones and shell let us know when its ready or bring them out to us. This is my favorite location cause they have the drink machine in the lobby so we can help ourselves to whatever drink we want.

Went in with a very large order. They started on it right away (even though there were plenty of cars going through the drive-thru). The girl behind the counter helped get me the best deal. First-rate folks on Western Avenue!!

First of all,the lady up front told me two people called in on them ad the dining room was a mess,I still ordered the 3 dollar meal. Fry's we're old and the Krystal's was just thrown together sloopy,what has happened to fresh food and good customer service.

We waited for 5 minutes before we ever ordered. There was 1 other car. 1. Then another 10 minutes while they took care of the other car. Another 5 minutes to get our order. 20 minutes. What was my order? 2 drinks. 2 drinks was my order.
