Krispy Kreme

My experience at Krispy Kreme was wonderful. The only thing that I experienced was a long drive through line. With not near enough parking. The donuts were well worth it.

I went through the drive through, Donuts were great, however the person at the window was rude, and it isn’t the first time I have seen him there with a bad attitude. If you don’t want to work there then leave, we are the customer and we should feel welcomed. Krispy Kreme stop putting people with bad attitudes on window, it creates a bad look for your company during these short minutes in which we are interacting with your staff.

Never ceases to amaze me how they can completely mess up an order. Somehow 6 original glazed equals two chocolate cream filled and two raspberry filled. Good customer does not exist here...

Much like the vast majority of 1-star reviews on this feed, this one is based on the lack of customer service that this location seems to be known for. I wish I would've read reviews before going here for doughnuts. The doughnuts are not that good. No doughnuts on the planet are worth the terrible experience that trying to order from the drive-thru at this location is. The attendant was incredibly rude and lacked the communication skills it seems one would need to interact with human beings on a daily basis in the food-service industry. I will never spend my money at this krispy-kreme again. Take my word for it, save your money, and buy doughnuts from somewhere that understands the value of customer service and just overall common decency.

This place is always clean and really busy but almost every event donut they've featured they are out of in some way. I know its first come first serve but it's barely an hour into open and were out already. Either ordering isn't right or there needs to be more help so the crew can work effectively and help everyone. Seems like short staffing is the biggest issue for an otherwise great store.

Pumpkin spice doughnuts are so good! Service was fast and friendly today too
