If you like being ignored and unacknowledged this is the best place to go to. I walked in to get service and the drive thru girl who was not taking an order did a wonderful on acting like she couldn't see. 5 stars on bad customer service.

Hot and Fresh sign on is one of the best times to go :)

We were the first customers of the day 😀 The hot donuts melt in your mouth and we always wait until our last day in the area to stop by because the donuts are so good. The coffee was brewing so the gentleman who took our order brought it to us and even upgraded us to a large because we had to wait a few minutes. He was very nice for six o'clock in the morning!

This Krispy Kreme was nice and quiet at 6 in the morning, fast service, cool to see the 'donut factory', though besides the awesome donuts, this place is nothing special. The staff we met was not outgoingly friendly or cheerful - maybe it was too early in the morning? - anyway the kids liked the donuts and daddy the coffee, after an 8 hour drive.

Just left with our doughnuts and are disappointed. We knew they closed at midnight (which I think is crazy here in a busy city like Myrtle Beach) but we got there at 11:15. Anyway, we got our assorted doughnuts and then I ordered a 3 pack of Original glazed. The lady that helped us out was not very approachable but she wasn’t mean. I’m all for getting what the customer wants and sending them on their way, but being more inviting would be nice. Aside from the service, the doughnuts looked really good except for the original glazed-they look very doughy (super mushy) and not as glazed as typical doughnuts (see picture). Lastly, these doughnuts are super dry and probably have been sitting out for quite some time because they were definitely not fresh. The Reese’s is one I’ve been craving to have and I’m so disappointed because there was barely a smidgen of peanut butter inside. See pics below.

Always awesome. Just wish they carried powdered sugar cake donuts. I would buy the heck out of those. Sooooo yummmmmy

Stood in line for 10 mins waiting to be talked to. Then the employee just stood there and wouldn’t ring us out. After someone finally rang out the man in front of us we get up there to pay for our donuts and our drinks and then they decided to tell us we can’t use card. The manager was extremely rude to us about it especially after we spent 30 mins in there just waiting to get our donuts. Didn’t even care to tell us if there was an ATM nearby or anything. We are locals and have never had someone be so rude to us like this.

I love walking in here and getting a Hot Donut for free however I love getting the Dozen and taking them home
