Krispy Kreme

Went for a donut run this morning and preordered online per KK’s recommendations. When we got there the order was wrong and they almost shorted us a dozen donuts had I not mentioned something. Once we got home, our cream filled donuts had very little to NO cream in them. The glazed were ok, but why advertise and sell cream filled if you aren’t going to put anything in them?

Every single kind of donut we bought that night was so super fresh! That was the original glazed,Raspberry and chocolate topped cream. I should feel ashamed admitting this,but I ate 5 in about 20 minutes. In defense of myself,I had not had any in a minute,and skipped dinner. If my son hadn't grabbed the last Raspberry it would have been an even half dozen!

Love krispy kreme donuts. But the customer service at this particula one was kinda rude in my opinion

Tried to buy donuts at 4pm and they said they only had 2 flavors available for the rest of the day (glazed and chocolate with sprinkles) I find it VERY hard to believe they ran out of everything needed to make another batch so it either boils down to extremely poor planning on the managers part or just plain laziness with the employees..

The"Hot" sign lured me in as I've never been able to resist a fresh hot Krispy Kreme glazed donut. Well they got the hot part right. Not so much on fresh tho. Seems like they just reheat old donuts.

Went into the store and was greeted by (Host Andeijonnei) she was rude & obnoxious. This is the 2nd time this happened. Ask the manager to step in & no success with that either. The manager just laughed it off and continued to let the host (Andeijonnei) give the worst service ever!!!! 12/19/19 @ 6:35pm

Took my munchkins for the first time today and they loved it!! Great customer service and location was in a good place. Easy to get in/out!

Can Krispy Kreme get anything but 5 stars? Baby angels! Melt-in-your-mouth goodness!

I am a Healthcare worker and I visited this location for the complimentary donuts only to find out that the hot donuts were not available to us on the promotion. The server was rude and stated that I would have to pay for the hot and ready donuts eventhough the sign was on. I can assure you that this is not the case at my location in Woodstock, Ga

I have been to this location to times both times I was able to leave with nothing one time they didn't have it other times said they were closed cuz of the machine was broke. That's a bad experience for some of that only goes there twice and both times I've left with nothing embarrassing unprofessional poor management. If they hired anyone with pride they should be embarrassed but there are professionals so most of the people that work there don't care probably the manager as well.

Do they make the doughnuts there.?They tasted awful. Even my preteen daughter thought so.

My husband is crazy about the espresso shot from here! I haven't seen him so content with his coffee! The donuts were great too and loved the customer service

Honest&true: when i visit this location the cashiers are always friendly. One cashier always let's me know about ways to save or deals to take advantage of. The donuts are always good!! (I've only purchased donuts)
