Krispy Kreme

I ordered 3 dozen plain, original glazed doughnuts from the drive-though about 10 minutes after the store opened. I got 3 dozen cold, hard, and stale doughnuts. It was perplexing to me that I could see the conveyor-belt with that waterfall of glaze chugging along through the window, yet be handed an order that had clearly been the day before. I am extremely disappointed, and could have gotten better quality from the gas station down the street that at least has the decency to put their old doughnuts under a heat lamp to keep them warm.

Best doughnuts in the world.Always fresh and delicious. Go get it now, now!

Just called twice to see if they were open tomorrow and was hung up on both times before closing hours. I guess I will take my business elsewhere.

The girl that helped me was so sweet & when she saw that I was eight months pregnant she gave me my donuts & frozen drink on the house. It totally made my day & I will gladly drive the extra time to keep coming back!

Great doughnuts, the February flavors weren't as good as December and November, just variations on sugar. That said nothing beats a regular glazed hot off the line. Kids love watching the conveyor line and so do I.

You go here to get warm glazed donuts. That's what's good, all the other ones are just like every other donut. Not worth going out of your way to get those. It is worth it for the glazed ones though.

Sam really made my and my mom's day today. We were feeling kinda grumpy and his kindness just turned our day around. Give this sweet guy a raise!

The hot light no longer means you get a free donut with your purchase, and since that was always the real draw to Krispy Kreme, I probably won't go back any time soon.Let's be real, the donuts themselves are decent-but-overpriced glazed donuts. They're good, but in that "every donut is good" kind of way. Without the childlike excitement of getting a free hot and fresh donut, Krispy Kreme has lost a lot of its charm.

Spent 120$ for a custom order of gender reveal doughnuts. They were supposed to be blue creme filled, that revealed the gender when eaten. The blue creme was all over each one and the color was written on the box. The instructions were specific for gender reveal. Waste of money.

Really great donuts. Friendly staff. The new Butterfinger flavor is worth a try. We got there at 10:30 am, thinking they would still be making fresh ones, but they stop at 10 at this location.

These donuts are divine! I salivate just looking at the picture. I love eating them hot off the donut line, but if you can’t get a fresh one just pop one of these bad boys in the microwave for 7 seconds and you world will change forever. Staff was nice and recommended some good donuts. The hats for the kiddos are very cool. I am glad this shop is on the east side because if it was near me I would be stopping by daily.

What can I say, hot fresh glazed donut that melts in your mouth...drooling! I mean really can you say more than that? Oh and their customer service is fast, efficient and nice.

Went in to buy the Halloween themed donuts for a party I'm going to and when I got there the slime ones were out. I asked if they were making more and indeed they were. So I wanted and got all the donuts I wanted for the party. And the employee who helped me was very kind and was willing to work with me and my demands. Will definitely go again!
