Fantastic ! Just fantastic...worth the drive from 125th street in Harlem ! I remember when there was a Krispy Kreme in Harlem years ago..glad they are making another appearance in NYC

I really, really like Krispy Kreme! It's so nice that they opened a new branch right here. They seem well organised and structured because they were very well prepared for their opening day. I'll come back again to get myself some DONUTS!

Customer service here is based on when employees feel like working other than that its not worth it. I went to this location Wednesday evening around 6pm to order two dozen donuts... guess what they were out of all the good donuts and only one blueberry but had original stacked up in every empty shelf so it was basically an originals evening. And to add insult to injury, out of about 6/7 employees standing around busy chatting, only one was attending to the long line. Sorry never again.

Stood on line for the grand opening last week. Great customer service but im guessing its obviously because of the grand opening because the one at penn station was just rude. Beautiful and clean store. Got the valentines day brownie batter donut and a strawberry frosted along with the ghirardelli hot chocolate.

Grand opening today Feb 4!Love Krispy Kreme doughnuts. But New York only has one store in Penn station.I'm so glad they open another location. And on the flyer, it said the time square flag store will be opening in May 2020! Can't wait!I love their original glaze so much. It's so soft. Can't go wrong with that.I like to microwave just few sec. it's little warm and taste even better!And Valentine's Day is coming. They have lots of special one for that. Very cute! I got here around 8:00pm today. There are 2 lines. One you can grab a box to go. ( prob all original one) no wait.Another line is to enter the store. Which takes me about 10 mins to wait.
