Krispy Kreme

The donuts are always the best when they are fresh. We got some coffee when we went and it tasted old. The coffee only seems to be good in the morning. Also, a little pricey for a dozen donuts. Overall a good place to get some donuts.

I’ve been to this location 4 times during their “Hot and Ready” hours and they never have hot and ready donuts! Their donuts taste like they were made days ago. I’ve even called twice to ask when they will be hot and ready and they never know. Just a sad excuse of a Krispy Kreme!

Krispy Kreme sucks. We went there for the senior special and they were closed. I asked myself how do you run out of donuts when that is all you do? Never going back. Trashy little place. My senior brother looked forward to this after 3 hours to get to a location. Not to mention all of the other things taken from the seniors this year.

The worst Krispy Kreme Donuts I have been to across the country I believe they were selling Donuts that were made yesterday kept in the refrigerator I did not say anything but while sitting there eating a couple of phone it's another couple came in and voice their opinion to the cashier as in Echo the other couples comments stating that they were terrible Donuts I do not recommend this location at all Krispy Kreme should re-evaluate whether or not this should even be allowed to be a franchise very limited variety as well. They did not have any hot and ready Donuts at all either.

The staff at this location were not friendly and slightly condescending in tone. They were out of glazed donuts, which I totally understood due to limited staff and business volume. When I called to inquire about when the next batch would be available, I spoke with staff member Louie who was condescending and not customer service focused. I felt that he was irritated by my inquiries.After waiting for about 40 minutes, I decided to drive up to the drive-thru again. When I arrived at the drive-thru, employee Victoria took my order; she was not friendly at all. Getting my food, she did not smile or say thank you. This was such an unpleasant experience, especially after driving for so long. I would strongly suggest that management work with their younger staff concerning customer-focused training and behaviors. I highly doubt I will revisit this location due to the poor service and lack of friendly staff.

Wish there were more of these around the area because driving all the way out here is tiring. Love the donuts and the staff are usually quite friendly. Nice for a quick stop!

Drove over an hour to pick up the grad dozen promised by Krispy Kreme on May 19th for 2020 grads. We arrived at their location at approximately 12:30 pm only to find their entrance blocked by cones. We parked in an adjacent lot and walked in the pouring rain to the store. The store entrance was locked and the workers inside would not acknowledge anyone’s presence. Very rude! No explanation on why they were closed. I had once lived in NC and always enjoyed Krispy Kreme donuts. This disgusting prank on the class of 2020 is just appalling.

Just got done ordering at this location. Lady taking the order was super rushy and rude. Didn't even let me finish my order before she snapped to get our total at the window so I didn't get to complete ordering. Your drive through employee needs a lesson in customer service to stop treating people like they are a drag on her life.

Delicious doughnuts , love the original fresh of the rack. Great assortment of doughnuts as well.
