Krazy Jim's Blimpy Burger

Great food. They grind their own beef and offer every Burger topping I've heard of. Read the signs and order the way they ask or be groused at, especially if it's busy. The staff were great with my kids, too.

The burger is heaven. Half of the fun of going here is following the rules of ordering. Be sure to be ready with your order for fried foods. I recommend the onion rings. If you can eat a double or triple and the onion rings you are a rockstar!

Watched a TV show that this restaurant was in. We were in town so decided to give it a try. The menu was easy to read. The person who took my take out order was knowledgeable and helped me with options. I got a single cheeseburger with the works and hubby got a triple with grilled onions I also ordered onion rings. The food was made quick and on time. Priced ok. The burgers were tasty. The onion rings are more haystack style and were a bit too greasy for us. Overall we would come back.

The meat quality is obvious. Fun toppings too. They have gluten free buns but if you are super sensitive the grill top is shared with other buns. The fryer for fries is also shared with breaded fried goodies (lots of breaded veggie options-YUM!). On the plus side staff is very friendly about the allergies. I can see why it is such a popular place. And a short walk to The Blank Slate ice cream shop 😉

Best place ever. It is a fun and hectic experience. The food is amazing greasy style. I love this place so much.

Read the wall before the grill for the ordering directions to be prepared for ordering. The deep fried vegetables were to die for. Best burgers around topped and prepared to your taste and topped well. Definitely a come back place to eat when in Ann Arbor.

Absolutely yummy burgers, fries, and onion rings in Ann Arbor! there is a process to ordering that must be followed, otherwise you will be asked to leave (just kidding!). I highly recommend eating at this amazing place that has been around since 1953. Everything was perfect and delicious! Go Blimpy Burgers!!! 5 Stars!

The waitstaff has an attitude problem. They were hostile and unhelpful. Their attitude was that it was a bother that you were ordering food from them. This especially applied to the woman cashier. Most importantly, the food was awful. Under seasoned and disappointing. This is sad because Blimpy's was legendary in the 70s. They do not live up to the hype.

Good burgers. Nice place with alot of history. If first time here make sure check out the ordering system prior to stepping up to the counter. lol

I’ve heard and read about this “epic” place. So, I had some time and decided to give it a try. We shared a large fry, got a double and a triple and two waters. When the cashier said, $25, I couldn’t believe it. Oh well, if it was going to be terrific it would be worth it, I thought. It was neither. I won't be back, sorry to say.

Great lunch there yesterday...... EXCEPT the staff was really nice. My wife forgot to grab a tray..... NOT YELLED AT. She ordered 2 patties by holding up 2 fingers...... NOT YELLED AT! I used my cellphone in line....NOT YELLED AT! What's up with that? You guys need to pick your game up a bit..... I'm scared that the next time I bring a newbie there, they will NOT BE YELLED AT!

Great smash burgers onion rings and fries. Nice selection of bottled soft drinks Just read the ordering rules before you order!!!!. If you don't you'll pay in public humiliation. But it's all in good fun. However the guy ahead of us asked for cheese but he was on his cell phone so the cook told him NO 😂

Horrible place. I have never offended by a restaurant in Ann Arbor until today. Having unhelpful staff yelling at and blaming customers is not a good way of doing business. Especially for first time customers. I had done extensive research on their menu and way of ordering before opening their door to avoid any trouble. But still, disappointed. Burger is just okay. Not cheap either. Try something else.

I love this place. The burgers seem small at first but they are super tasty and filling. It is always awesome to see the staff get after someone who does not follow the rules. Yes there are rules and you better follow them. Word of advice if you have anxiety this may not be for you. They have so many combinations that you can eat there a few times and never get the same burger. This truly a burger lovers stop. They never disappoint.

It was absolutely delicious, the onion rings dipped in ranch dressing is the bomb,there burgers are so fresh and filling...l will come back on my next visit🤤
