I like coming here for all day Combo breakfasts, HK French Toast, and Bubble Egg Waffle. Great service every time and food is consistently delicious. The place is small but we've never had trouble getting a table. There's also a bench outside for extra seating. Tons of parking since it's connected to a parking lot.

Bubble tea is consistently good here. Very friendly staff and nice and cozy interior. So far we’ve tried the honeydew, Thai Tea, Kiwi, And Taro and all have been delicious.

Customer service is great. It definitely deserves a 5 stars. In terms of the food, I think it's just ok (that's why I gave it a 3 stars instead). I ordered the spam and egg over rice. Egg was overcooked and mighty chewy. And they should have pan fried the spam a little longer to make it crispy.My boyfriend ordered the ginger & scallions chicken over rice. Chicken was waaay overcooked. And the ginger and scallions portion is not right, too much scallions.I probably may give it a try again on other food. Let's hope their other food is better than what we had.
