Koo Seafood Buffet & Grill

One of my fav. places to eat. Service is fast, food is fresh, And I love trying new foods.

The food was FANTASTIC!!! so many delicious options to choose from. There were a few things that they could improved on. They should have had little steal buckets to put crab legs shells. Also they should have had little mini forks t .pull the meat out. The waitresses could smile more. But overall it was amazing and I highly recommend this place.

There was an amazing array of food. All of it I tasted was well prepared.

After working in food service I hate to complain about places... but this is the absolute worst experience I've had. First I bought a Groupon voucher expecting a superb deal, however they charge a "groupon" fee. On top of that the seafood wasn't fresh, always out of stock on the crab and a lot of the other foods were cold. I complained because it wasn't worth the $21 a person, there response was to try on the weekends with no apologies. This place overall would be worth a $10 buffet, but after customer service I wouldn't waste the time nor money to go here.

Our family will not return. When we first arrived our kids heights were measured. This is to see whether they are charged adult price or the kids price. Our nine years old was charged adult price. Then, we get our food and were stared at the entire time. I'm guessing because they don't have much to do as it seems they have lost business. When a seafood buffet puts a limit on their crab legs, people go elsewhere.

WOWI don't even know where to start..........!!!!!!Almost all the food was COLD or OLD..All the tables were sticky and when the waitress handed me my drink the cup was greasy. I* could only imagine how nasty the kitchen might be (especially since there are tons of plain clothes people walking in and out like they work there) everyone seemed to be eating while they were working and it was just a HORRIBLE experience. I will never return. This was my second visit and it just keeps getting worse.Boooooo......!!!!

Way over priced! I used a groupon for this place thinking it would be pretty good for the price. I tried to call them a few times to make a reservation, as it suggested on their webaite, but no one picked up for the multiple times I called. The food is okay, but not worth the price you pay. I've been to buffets that charge $10 a person that have a similar variety and the same quality. Don't go here.

the food was amazing. claw chowder to die for. A little pricey but so worth the money.

This place is the worst ever and so not worth 30 per person. Also I'm really bothered with the fact that neither Fort Rapids or Koo's has a posting up morning warning there customers of there Bed Bug Infestation that they've had well over a year. I wouldn't take my Dog to eat there......,

For the price this is an awesome deal. Nice selection of sushi. Good seafood and all you can eat. The beverage menu is fairly substantial, wine, whiskey, brandy, rum, vodka and lots of beer. I am really surprised to find such a nice restaurant near Eastland. The Hollywood Casino buffet is similar, but you will pay much more there.

I only gave this place a 1 star becauae i had to give it something This place is terrible Dont go I repeat its nasty not only the food but the attitudes of the manager and workers so rude I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog this is Feb 13 2016 do not think ur taking ur girl or guy to a nice Valentine dinner she won't be happy they won't even take any money off and the crab legs have a chemical tasteso if you go don'tI think I didn't warn you because I didI'm now headed to Wendysat least I like their food

This place was just plain awful. The manager was very rude before we even walked to our tables because we were 4 minutes early (their website stated the wrong opening time). The waitress was very rude when asking what we would like to drink. The back part of the restaurant was so cold, it was uncomfortable. It took them 20 minutes to bring food out which is well last their opening time. The employees were all sitting down to eat while the trays in the buffet remained empty. There were plain clothes people walking in and out of the kitchen and drink area helping themselves. It was really just an uncomfortable dining experience.

Food was good but by no means great. at $20 a person it was way over priced. you can get the same food at most other buffets

This is really bad buffet. Nothing was there. I got a message from this buffet and said 15% off. but when we were there. The manager told us this coupon cannot be used because this is lunch time. What!!?? did you say this in the coupon. If not, why can you change when we are there. This is a ridiculous place. I will never ever ever go there!!!!!

This place is getting worst every time. Found what appears to be ; a maggot or lettuce worm in the fried rice. Showed it to the manager and waitress, the waitress said it's a vegetable lmao. She destroyed the evidence but I took a picture of it. Then, the manager tried to take my phone to go show another manager but I said no. Seems like he wanted to erase it. How can I post a picture on here?
