Kona Wave Cafe

We hit numerous shaved ice places while visiting the Big Is and Kauai. Hands down this was by far the best shaved ice we were blessed to stumble upon. Absolute perfection with a condensed milk cap. Get one that has seeds from the fruit it is made from (trust me, it is REALLY good this way). Loved that it wasn't overly sweet or artificial tasting. A truly savory experience.
