Pretty good place for an authentic south Indian meal

First things first. This place is for homely and comfort food. But service really needs an upgrade. They messed up our order. The people serving only know where to take the plate but do not know what the dish is. And the time it takes to get an order is completely unpredictable. I understand the demand is high during peak times but I haven't had this experience in other similar restaurants.
