Kokoro Ramen

A nice ramen spot in East Van. The ramen felt pretty standard fare and checked off most of the boxes for a satisfying bowl. The eggs were cooked to well, so although they weren't over cooked, they weren't runny (how I like 'em) like how many of the other ramen spots do them. The soup was decent, but I felt like it was a tad bit saltier than I'd like, though it can be argued that it's closer to it's Japanese counterparts in that regard.

Good ramen, but the service can be a bit slow. The interior design is very nice and modern though.

Thank you for staying open and delivering through Skipthedishes during this time. I usually go out for ramen because it's a dish you must have fresh. However, I have reheated the broth on the stove top and poured over the toppings and noodles, just like I would have it at the restaurants. Supporting local businesses as much as I can!
