Great little spot for some Japanese comfort food. A neighborhood joint sticks around for a reason.

Always great food and great service. I've never been disappointed here and been a customer for over 20 years!

Everything was absolutely delicious. They have a lot of options, including marked options in the menu for vegetarians/vegans and gluten-free people. It looks and tastes like what you can get in Japan. I highly recommend this restaurant for Japanese food lovers!

I think it was a bit of an off day for the cooks. There was a very long and busy line at lunch time so it is definitely sought after. However the sushi wasn’t quite right. Curry and Roman that my friends order was very good!

They do have lots of different types of sushi and other traditional Japanese cuisines. The staff work there were nice, but it will be much more professional if they can wear mask when making sushi especially they were chatting... The fish were fresh. Some sushi does taste a little bit strange.

I love this place! Homey feel and wide variety on the menu. Good prices. I love the katsudon. Feels more like a deli than a nice restaurant. But I go for the authentic and yummy food.

Oh my gosh this place is amazing!!! The sushi here is delicious. The other dishes are also really good! This place can get kind of busy, but it's definitely worth the wait, which usually isn't too long even when it is busy. Everything is made fresh. If you're in a hurry then I'd suggest calling the order in and picking it up.

Great food, super wide selection of multiple authentic Japanese dishes. Had some very rude people that treated staff poorly and they went tried hard to make the customer happy dispite their poor attitude. The Ramen is authentic, and the meats are very well prepared. Haven't heard much about the sushi but have a had coworkers say nothing but good. For how much food you get the prices are fantastic. They serve a couple decent beers.

It's one of the older and famous Japanese restaurant in the city. Price is very reasonable and the serving size is ample! We had the yakisoba and beef gyudon. I didn't find the food to be wow but it was good! I'll probably try th sushi bar next time.

Cute little restaurant, works well for thrifty college students. The sushi was ok but I was not impressed with the vegetarian ramen. The presentation was nice and the minimal cost was a plus. I do recommend the gyoza if you are considering an appetizer.

This place is so cozy and cute. The prices aren't bad, and the staff is very nice! I once got a teriyaki dish (forgot the name) and loved it. Came again a few days ago and got the Yakisoba. Personally I'm not a fan of it, but for the people who are, the serving sizes are SO generous and it's wonderful. I'll definitely be back.

Extremely tasty, appropriately priced, neighborhood Japanese cuisine. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Not a month passes that I don't visit.
