Soft-serve, lots of flavors. Waffle cones made in house (they were making them while we were getting our ice cream, smelled great). No place to sit in store, found a nearby bench

They are selling pumpkin cinnamon this year and I think 22nd 18th and 15th are open during the week

No it's not open year round but it is open on weekends in the spring and fall
Should be at VA beach stores now, manager was putting it in about a week or two ago I believe
No, our stores are as far north as Ocean City, NJ and far south as VA Beach, VA. Although we have family relations, our stores use a different mix. Thanks for reaching out.
