Some of the best Shabu I’ve had in the USA. I highly recommend this location for anyone who wants authentic Shabu Shabu! Prices were consistent with other restaurants in major US cities

Awesome experience! We came from Texas to visit Denver and were looking for a new food experience. Kobe did not disappoint. Our server was super knowledgeable and helped us pick a great selection for our first hot pot experience. Broth was awesome, meat was a great cut and the all you can eat was totally worth it. We will make this a requirement on one next trip up here. 5 stars.

Yesterday my family and myself celebrated our 25th anniversary. I have never had a bad experience dining in your establishment until yesterday. As a business owner myself I do not allow family members in and around the kitchen especially children who were running around and playing. My wife and myself were extremely dissatisfied with your lack of management and poor service. I do not expect a refund I do in fact would like to return to your establishment but until it is no longer a day care I will not return. Sincerely,Anonymous unsatisfied customer

Best Shabu Shabu I've ever had. The setting is quiet and romantic. Everything was fresh and gorgeously presented. The perfect evening. Went back this week to celebrate a Birthday and had a nice meal. I made reservations early and told them it was my wife's Birthday. I didn't tell them that to get something free. I told them so it would be special and maybe have a candle for dessert. They forgot the candle and made a point to tell us that they forgot it... Disappointing. It was free, but free isn't what I was looking for. I think they can do better. Great place other than that one little thing.

Yes, the bun of my delicious burger is made from ramen noodles. I recommend springing for Althea quail egg on top. If you like ramen you’ll love this. Imagine the best and most flavorful beef ramen, then pack a dozen of those bites into one flavor-blasted treat. Each bite was so rich and deep in flavor, I was in heaven. Not to mention, what an innovative approach on a burger. Note, this is technically a “slider” so it is not full size and not a meal. I would love a larger version but perhaps the noodle bun loses integrity as it grows. We did also have the shabu-shabu, the savory flavored one, can’t recall the name, but it too was so flavorful and delicious! We’ll be back.

The food and service were great. Our group of 8 ordered 2 seaweed salads, 2 hot pots, and 2 shaved ice desserts to share. It was a good amount for everyone. I thought the food was comparable to the ones I had in California.

Super tasty foods, good drinks, nice patio and dining area. Jared is their only good server he helped us out as our server flaked out ! our server ( can’t remember his name ) took 20 minutes to take our drink order, took 45 minutes to bring out our last food item after we got all our other items.

Splurge and get the kobe rib eye, so beautifully marbled that it melts in your mouth.
