Kobe-an Japanese Restaurant

About

Kobe An is a family owned and operated business. We were established in 1979 by Kimie Loeffler. She was inspired to open a Japanese restaurant here in Colorado because she missed the food of her home town Kobe Japan. We pride ourselves on serving the freshest fish and a variety of authentic Japanese cuisine. We have private tatami rooms that can accommodate small parties up to 8 people, and also a large party room for up to 33 people. If you are looking for a Japanese restaurant that has character and the feel of Japan, look no further. Hope to see you soon.

We reserved a tea room. I highly recommend them regardless of seating choice. We come for the sushi, service, and setting. Always wonderful food and welcoming service. Sushi can come a little slow when busy but that's too be expected anywhere. We like the gyozo, miso soup, and spring rolls with green tea and or unfiltered cold sake. Whatever your taste this place is great.

Food was okay, service was friendly, but not attentive at all. Server kept disappearing and took forever to get our food. Not what I expected for a $100+ meal for two.

Questions & Answers

I don't think so, we parked on a side street. There is plenty of street parking with pay meters in the area.
