I recently went here on a date. Everything seems easy. The reservations and hostessing and service. And Tony the manager was amazing. He went to every table asking how the service was. My chef for our table Baki was so lively. And we dined with other people who were very nice as well. I enjoyed every minute. Said tip wasnt necessary but we insisted on extra. Would definitely spend my money here again.

It has changed a lot in the last few years. It seems like they rush you in and out. The service is not the same. They don't pay attention and forget you. The chefs don't interact as much. Food is still good.

Went here for my birthday and had a blast. I love these types of places but this one is exceptional. Well reviewed locally and well earned. Be sure to reserve for birthdays 8 days in advance and get it for FREE! Our table had all couples and all the men had exact same birthday so we were like old friends immediately. Good times!

Always great food and atmosphere. Great for celebrations and large parties.

Arrived at our reservation time for my birthday... They made us wait about 5 minutes before being seated. No problem.Then, we were seated with a group of people who were already eating and wanted us to fit 5 people in the space of about 3. We asked them for a different spot where we had a little more room and with people who hadn't started eating yet. They said they didn't know we had a seating preference.. They told us it would be at least 20 minutes before we would be seated because there were other reservations.We talked to each other for maybe 2-3 minutes about what we wanted to do.Since I have a toddler who gets grumpy at bedtime, I decided to just squish us all there in the seats they had for us, and when I told them, they had already given our seats away."Awesome" customer service.

Came out for lunch today, the service was exceptional. It was pretty busy when I came in, but all 3 of the servers working, Quan, Gillian and Sarah were very attentive. Hong kept my drinks filled and Chef Kevin was very good. Overall, very good experience.

07/03/19: I had not been to a Kobe Steakhouse in 20 years till we went last night, and I had forgotten how good the food really is! It was simply marvelous!From the time we entered till the time we left would could not have asked for better service. Everyone was very attentive and courteous. After the meal two managers came by to insure we were all happy. The only distraction I think was that our chef was not near as practiced with the show as others I had seen years before. Likewise, after once or twice the show is kind of old hat. I believe that is the worst thing I can say about the visit because we are definitely going back again for the food.

The food is regularly fresh and flavorful, cashiers hands out awesome service. I liked the cleanliness and ambience. Will visit here again.

Orders were messed up. One person didn't get any meat on their plate. Most checks were messed up. Ordered cupcakes for my son's birthday and never got them.

Kobe does a fab job. They are super organized and efficient about getting parties to their tables and through the meal. Each time we’ve gone we’ve been impressed with our table chef being lively and engaging and fun. The food itself is wonderful and the portions are always more than enough. 10/10 would recommend. Be sure to call ahead or make reservations, the weekend can get busy.

I've been going there for a few months with my girlfriend and it's our favorite restaurant. The people there are always friendly and the food is amazing! The portion sizes are also really big, so you also end up with tons of left overs that reheat really well. Definitely check this place out.

Excellent is my opinion. Food was cooked to perfection. Our chef was Chef Kevin. He was very entertaining and comical. The portions are large so I suggest you go hungry.

Enjoyed Kobe's with the hubby,the kids and the granddaughter.The Longwood Kobe's I believe is better than the Altamonte Springs location.The food I received was really good with no complaints.Hubby order a Kobe's Sumu dish, which consists of lobster, scallops,chicken,steak and shrimp. Everything was fine until he started eating the shrimp and they all had shells left on them.My husband had to pick through his food to take the shells out.Now,my husband hardly ever complains about anything.It bothered him soo much,that he didn't even want the shrimp.He advised the chef,then the manager.The manager offered to recook him some fresh shrimp.He received the freshly cooked shrimp and they appologized..Over all we had a nice night out with the family.The night ended well.

Food is great. Service is great. I enjoyed the show and everything in this place. No denial that it is a bit expensive but it is worth it.
