They make the morning air smell like breakfast in the neighborhood. They have good food and atmosphere to dine in. I like take out the best. The utensil & you need are in the bag consistently.

Food was fantastic. Very friendly staff and fast service. Kind of a hole in the wall and closes a bit early.

We come here for breakfast once in a while. We usually get Benedicts and/or the Keep It Simple selections. Today's food was great, but there is an inconsistency in quality from day to day. Sometimes the eggs are overcooked or the hash browns are undercooked or the avocado was ripe a few days ago or the tomatoes could have used a few more days. When it's good, it's very good. So, if you're up for some roulette, you may come out a winner!

Really good place for breakfast! It's busy there but they seat you quickly and your food is out in a good time. While your waiting they have big cups of coffee and flavored creamers to try! Definitely will be coming back here again!

If I lived in Vancouver I would eat there every day! Great food, prices, super employees and the place is nice and clean. Really enjoyed it!

It’s just an okay place for breakfast, not to impressed with the undercooked hash browns and the runny whites in the eggs. If they cooked everything a little longer it may be better.

An excellent choice in Vancouver. I forgot to do my review when I ate there and now I can not remember what I had. I do remember that it was good. I will update this review after I visit again.

this is the best breakfast place, especially for friends who meet here regularly. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious- lots of options to choose from- you won't regret it!
