Ordered 2 steaks for over ¥20,000 but the food was underwhelming. Rib eye steak has too much untrimmed fat around the edge. The premium beef was pan fried, not the best way to cook such fatty beef 😥
Questions & Answers
When it was roasted one month ago, it was about 5000 yen in a rib loin A5 fly cow. I think that it fluctuates a little because there is a market price.
