Au Ro Ra
Reservation not possible without Japanese Phone number. No chance to get in without reservation. They have a list outside for people without reservation. You can wait for hours, but they won't let you in, even if it's enough space inside. They don't speak Englisch, only "one minute". Kids are very disappointed.

i rated one star bcuz they didn't update the availability. i went there and they already closed. the information center said they will be open for 3 or 4 months later.

Since its official website (https://kirbycafe.jp/) was able to book without problem from Spain without having a Japanese number, all I think right now the reserves are closed.
