Hedgehog
After the tart craze, available pretty much anywhere in the world now, the excitement has died. However the cakes and pastries are delicious and so fresh. In this same cafe, there are other stores selling various popular food of Hokkaido.

This is one of THE places to buy from in Sapporo so I had to try. I only ordered the Cheese tart since I wasn't too hungry but I would have loved to try the Apple tart too. The base of the Cheese tart was a little too hard for my liking but the Cheese cake was oh so good!! Such a good flavour I would eat it again no matter what!
