Located within The Watergate Hotel, this elegant restaurant features Mediterranean Riviera cuisine. Kingbird is open daily for breakfast, lunch, pre-theater dinner (5-7pm) and dinner with an energetic bar and modern dining room. A 5-minute walk to the Kennedy Center. Menus feature seasonally inspired plates our expert culinary team. Out on the seasonal terrace, enjoy alfresco dining with a view of the Potomac. Weekends offer Saturday brunch & Sunday brunch buffet, plus traditional Afternoon Tea with a modern twist. Winner of Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence 2018 & 2019. Valet Parking is free until 3PM for Breakfast, Lunch, and Brunch. For Dinner, Valet Parking is $12 for the evening.

I’m from Boston. I checked online and try to find a good place to eat breakfast. And I’m kinda disappointed because the food was less and cold. And didn’t filled up when the tray was empty. The tea and coffee u need ask for. This buffet cost 25/per person and will charge 18% tips. I didn’t feel happy about that. Not good breakfast choice.

I had a wonderful fine dinning experience last night at The Kingbird Restaurant with my cousin. Everything we ordered was in good taste! Couldn’t fault the three course meal.I highly recommend if you have a taste for Mediterranean Rivera cuisine. I was really impressed with their Winter Restaurant Week 2020 dinner menu, perfect! And by the way, they have the most gorgeous bathroom that will have you ladies taking loads of selfies. First time here and I shall definitely revisit. The best place to have dinner before a show at the Kennedy Center. I go back all the time. The cocktails are my favorite part, as well as the priced fix menu.
