We were looking for a good place to start the day and King Street Coffee suggested itself very strongly, I had a French press dark roast (deeply smoky flavor) 1st with a blueberry muffin (truly loaded with berries) and a "house blend" drip for my refill (as a desert traveler) it got my late morning going very well. The service was excellent as was the barista, got some background on the shop (I was especially taken by the vintage coffee bean hoppers, they are beautiful)while I waited (The vintage decor is really neat). The neighborhood is quite quirky and fun to drift around as well.
