Took shelter from a trek through a snowstorm for some warm food on the way. Decent enough no-frills Indian food. Got the Aloo Gobi, was what I expected, no complaints. Affordable & large portions. Obviously not the best in town, but certainly appropriate for a quick eat if you're in the area and need your Indian fix.

Not sure why this place was written up by BlogTO. Cafeteria style you have loads of choice. I would split any of the plates as there's mountains of food. It's good value but there's better, fresher, curries out there.

Good variety of Pakistani and Indian food. If you are in downtown and craving for desi food then this is the place. They do online orders too.

Food is really good and tasteful nothing bad with food But the owners and his friend's has clear some issue with Indian people. Avoid at all if you are from India. In my case try to create scene over parking issues never back at such a place.

Not entirely sure what the previous review was suggesting, but I have eaten the food at Kings Place often and never once even felt unwell. It does however strike as interesting that the reviewers buddies all felt the same, had they all ordered the same thing.? It's certainly no secret the food is not made at the Sherbourne/Dundas location. They prepare the food elsewhere and transport it. The food is always enjoyable I have never been disappointed.

Man, I am from London where there is pakistani food in abundance, many people will say U.K. has the best Pakistani food, I would have something to say about that, because this food to me is the best and it’s in Toronto

Such great food for the price. Fresh naan made to order. Be sure to try the haleem and the chicken kebab. Every dish has such depth of flavours. The aloo gobi and eggplant bartha are must try dishes. Be ready to sweat - it's spicy!

Best Pakistani food. Everytime I visit Toronto I come here. Food is amazing and authentic. Only thing is that they microwave it however even after that its unbeatable.

Highly recommend. Authentic and flavourful! Puts most of the other North Indian/Pakistani food I've had to shame. I had garlic naan, kidney, chana palak, and a tomato-based chana dish. Found it not too salty, and was very rich and complex with every dish having its own distinct character. Spice level is emphatic without being overwhelming. Wish I tried one of the many delicious looking sweets. They also sell kulfi popsicles. I found the prices very good. My order was enough for more than two big meals and came out to well under $15 after tip and tax. Open for walk in takeout orders in these times of quarantine. Also available on Foodora, Skip the Dishes and Ritual, and maybe other platforms too.

Very Friendly staff and great food options. Great variety and good price. It’s a little oily, but who doesn’t like that lol

I have been here many times in many years, love their foods as much better than other Indian/ South Asian food restaurants. My only concern is temperature of the food. I don’t think foods are stored at over 60C for safe. I hope they do their best to bring the food safest to the public.
