Great ice cream right in the heart of Naples. Staff was friendly, selection was very good, and the quality is fantastic. You'll be drooling from the second you walk towards the front door and smell the fresh waffle comes being made.

Smooth ice cream, big chips in the chocolate mint. A long line to wait in, but that's part of the fun.

We were in Naples for a few days and my husband loves ice cream, we went to this establishment twice while visiting, both times the ice cream was delicious but the service was terrible, the young staff in there were on the point of rude! There was not a please or thank you, and we really wanted to tell them to have some manners, but held back, its a shame because the store is great.

Ordered ice cream and fudge. The ice cream is good, we tried a couple different places for ice cream and so far Kilwins has been our favorite. They didn't have a lot of original or novel flavors, so if you are looking for something exotic this isn't the place. The fudge is good as well, we tried a couple different flavors, but ended up getting the peanut butter and chocolate one.

This ice cream was delicious! Definitely recommend going here! Lots of options and other sweet options too.

We stood in a line out the door based on a local recommendation while on vacation in Naples. Their ice cream and their handmade waffle cones that you can see them making at the door really are worth it. The quality and flavor of what they serve is very good. The line moves pretty quickly and if you're on vacation what's the rush anyways? They're a little pricey, but overall I recommend stopping in to give it a try at least once.

For a Michigan-originated place I was expecting better. The ice cream was average and they were out of all Michigan-originated flavors (Blue Moon, Traverse City Cherry), the fudge was too thick and dry, not creamy like a Michigander expects from the fudge capital of the U.S., and the truffles weren't very flavorful and the centers weren't that creamy, kind of thick. I was just so excited to see a Michigan-originated shop and was disappointed that the quality wasn't what I was expecting.

Great location, right on 5th Avenue! The ice-cream is amazing and so is the fudge, and they provide free samples of both! The staff was very friendly, especially Michael! We'll be back with friends!

Love their ice cream, I had Old Fashioned Vanilla, my wife had the Lemon Sherbet. The fudge looked great too.
