Rambutan Koh
A restaurant serving unagi (eel) meals at the more high- end side. Good service, staffs speak english and friendly. Averages about 2500 yen per meal.

For lunch, English menu is available. You could select three stlyle, WASYOKU(japanese meals), YO-SYOKU(western meals), and UNAGI(broiled eel and rice). Please talk to attendants at the gate.

I bothered for lunch.I ordered a course meal that includes eel, but I am very full.It was delicious, but I could only eat half of the eel.(I wanted to eat more!)The garden around the restaurant is also nice, and the approach from the gate to the restaurant is beautiful, and it was a lot of fun to arrive at the shop.

We had our dinner in a private room which is much larger than our imagination. The Kaiseki course is awesome however it will be better if the waitress can briefly introduce each dish to people like us, who take Kaiseki as culture rather than just food.

Beautiful scenic landscape with wildlife you can touch. Great food is available everywhere you look with a high concentration of Buddhist and Shinto shrines.

After feeding the deer on our way walking back to the station. We saw this unagi (Japanese BBQ eel) place and give it a try. The atmosphere was very good the service was very good and the food was very good too. The kimoni is a must try. I ordered the extra large (3 pieces of BBQ eel) it 5500 yen. Which I think it very reasonable with that kinda of service and atmosphere. No shear of food. Everyone need to order a set.

We dined here while at a wedding. The whole course was amazing to look at and to the taste. The staff was friendly and ready to serve at any moment. Best yaki uni and grilled tai we ever had.

Gorgeous and historical environment, beautiful and delicious food, polite and attentive staff. We can’t be happier about our lunch at the restaurant! A must for visiting Nara.

I had a wedding here. The building, personality, history, luxury, food, and the attention of all the staff are perfect. The photo is not a wedding cake, but a wedding tofu (tofu) that I decided as a way of entertainment by having a meeting with Planner. As expected, there are chefs and pastry chefs at the restaurant. All the food served was excellent. The tofu that I put into the sword was then served as fried tofu.
