Food is always hot and fresh

We usually go to the big Japanese restaurants but decided to give this place a try as a grab and go last minute. Called in the order and picked it up. Maybe that was the mistake. Got home to discover no yum yum sauce ...who eats Japanese without that?? The food was just ok ...not a lot of flavor and steak was tough. I made my own yum yum sauce. I guess we can try it again and be sure to ask for sauces.

Went for lunch. Ordered a hibachi chicken entree with only broccoli. People behind us were getting food 10+ minutes earlier. Food was still incorrect when we got it. Asked for hot sauce when we ordered. Had to ask again. Order was supposed to be for dine in - received it in to-go boxes. Box was full of broccoli with maybe 1/4 of a chicken breast cut into small pieces. Should’ve been called a broccoli entree with side of chicken. Probably the last visit for myself.
