Kiani's Original Guava Chicken

The food is amazing but the owners made our visit really special. We saw this eatery on a YouTube video another visitor sent in and went here to try their Kahlua Pork. The best we had on the island and we tried several! Mahalo for your hospitality!

This place is amazing. Some of the best ribs and chicken I've ever had. The macaroni and rice sides were also excellent. The staff are very animated and friendly. All the food is excellent and and fair priced. Don't forget to try the sauces and bring cash!

Out of all the places serving authentic Hawaiian food, I have to say Kianis is the best. I got the Ultimate which comes with Guava chicken, Shrimp, Beef, Salad, Macaroni Salad, and Rice plus a drink. It cost about $15, which is definitely worth the price. I 100% recommend this place if you want real Hawaiian food.

The owner always comes on schofield around lunch time and feeds the soldiers with great food and a warm welcome ! I just want to know what is in your guava sauce ! You can never go wrong with the guava chicken and rice !!

Went here for lunch while in the area. A very modest "plate lunch" type of place with a few tables to dine in. I had the guava chicken plate that came with 1 scoop rice, and 1 scoop salad. It was very good and the chicken was delicious. The chicken is grilled bbq style and very moist. The owner and his wife are very friendly and will make you feel like you are more than a customer. They are really nice local people. I plan to be a regular whenever I am in the area for lunch. Only cash accepted.

Amazing food! Amazing family owned business-calls everyone brother and sister and cooks the food with aloha! I had the guava chicken and rice with macaroni salad-seriously the best grilled chicken I’ve ever had (never was a big fan of grilled chicken). It is so juicy and seasoned to perfection. If you are near the Wahiawa area you have to check this place out!
