This was my first time here and I won’t be back. After telling her specifically what I wanted and that I didn’t want a combo she kept changing prices telling me I should just get a combo and proceeded to keep changing her story about what everything would cost, trying to pressure me into getting a combo. I finally brought up what she said and she blamed it on me for adding a drink. The drink was the first thing I ordered. Smh.

Charleston was very rude, no customer service what so ever. He looked as if he could have been the manager. When I got home about 1/2 the order was missing. Thought about calling but, why? I live 30 minutes from there and I wasn't going back soooo. Very disappointing.

The chicken (both popcorn and breast and thighs) were dry and hard, as well as the potatoe wedges. But they replaced it when asked. The slaw and mashed potatoes were great though, Mac and cheese too! Environment is awesome and quiet.

If you like freshly cooked chicken, this is the place to go. On Sundays, they are so busy you may have to wait a few minutes to get it freshly cooked. But this is not the place where they cook up their chicken at 6 AM and it is warmed under a heat lamp all day. Fresh, hot, and delicious. And these folks do a great job at customer service.

KFC use to be good. First off, their biscuits are small, pitiful and dry. KFC need to take notes from Bojangles who give you a big, moist and buttery biscuits with their meals. Their chicken is small and pitiful. I like that KFC have upgraded all their locations, but there are no partitions, velvet ropes or any kind of set ups to let you know where to stand in line. It is very chaotic at the register area because no one knows where to stand to check out.

That KFC is ran like they don't have any ideal what to do, truly unprofessional.
