Not happy that the inside of the restaurant was full of flies

Store looks great. Food service is good and the food is good.... nice and hot.

Chicken was juicy but the staff isnt very swift or knowledgeable. After screwing up my order and only taking credit cards no cash unless exact change the cashier gave me the unordered items for free.

The Colonel has been doing some updates on the menu lately. Things are starting to improve here, but they still have the worst mashed potatoes and gravy in the fast food industry. Maybe some other flavors like au-graten, or cheddar & garlic potatoes?

Drive through guy is incompetent, ignorant and lazy. Needs to be fired.

You get what you pay for? I got the $5 fill up and I received a super dry, old, gross biscuit... The gravy had these weird brown clumps in it, looked like meat (But they don't put meat in the gravy) It was barely warm and the potatoes were watery! The only thing that was ALRIGHT was the chicken tenders and cookie (sort of)It would be nice to offer sauce if someone orders chicken tenders.Might skip this place in the future..

Good food when you're in a rush

This franchise serves good chicken; for takeout or inside this restaurant. Their original style is delicious but is slightly undercooked for my taste, so I order the crispy when ordering thighs and drumsticks. It is a good place for two or three people to gather and to talk. There is good lighting in this place also. Cozy.

Went in for Chicken & Waffles and they didn't have waffles. So that was bootsie. Customer service was ok but just flat. Mashed potatoes and gravy still rocks though!

Friendly- took my order even though they had their register closed for the night. However they forgot to put the sauce I asked for in the bag with my order, which was upsetting to discover after driving all the way home. Mini lemon bundt cake made up fo the sauce disappointment though. Service was kind but slow, & spacey.

I have to be honest, I haven't been to KFC in a few years. The chicken legs used to be good size legs, now they are really small. I also ordered mac and cheese as a substitute for mashed potatoes and guess what, I got potatoes. I won't be going back here again.

If i could I would give no stars I would. 34 minute wait..... I told the lady who took my order 3 times on speaker. When we finally got to the window the order was completely incorrect... and told me it be a 15 minute wait so I just left. Worst experience ever but if you like spending 30 plus minutes to eat then it's great.

I went through the drive in and since I wanted the pot pie they brought it out to my car as soon as it was ready. The food is always great.

There $5.00 lunch box is great i will return again soon for another lunch box
