Been a while since we had eaten fried chicken, so took the coupon mailer out and got some chicken breasts for supper. Our chicken was good but hubby didn't get to order his baked beans. :'( They do not serve them anymore. So it was almost the same old same from the way things used to be. :-)

Stood at the register for 5 minutes. Was never acknowledged. Had 5 employees behind the counter, and they were all too busy to even say hello.

run down paint is really chipping off the walls, eating area was nasty bathrooms were un....clean... given wrong order, food was not like KFC ever ment for it to be. basically TV dinners would have been better. from street to inside just the worst ever.

Stopped at Newell Truck Center for a break and decided to grab some lunch at KFC which is in the parking lot. Just average KFC menu and food. We decided on the buffet which is all you can eat plus a drink. For 2 people it was $18.21. Food was warm could have been warmer. I had fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, fried okra and Cole slaw and a bite of apple cobbler. Counter staff was on the verge of being rude with us but very friendly with a family who arrived after us. It makes me wonder if she doesn't care for truck drivers? Who knows? Maybe she didn't like my hat or something. Either way typical KFC food. Clean inside and ladies bathroom was clean too.

This place repeatedly gets drive thru orders wrong. You have to check your order each time or you're gonna get screwed. I wouldn't go here if it wasn't the closest food to my work.

Messed up our first order but the mgr. was wonderful and replaced the complete order, also the place has really cleaned up.
