KFC

Went here for lunch & next day came in around closing for a dessert. Staff where very playful and friendly. Almost reminded me of being in highschool😂 when its almost time to go home 🏡 it was only 830pm. Cashier was complaining about making a dine in order when he was getting off at 9pm. Although the food was decent both visits & staff where smiling i just didnt seem very welcomed on either occasion.

I purchased food for a friend. The store had no straws--expected a delivery soon. Waited a very long time for my drive-through order to be prepared. Staff was friendly and apologetic.

Its okay. It depends on the day I guess. Sometimes the food comes out stale and cold and others times its hot and kinda fresh tasting. Customer service sucks sometimes too but they're not getting paid much so have some patience.

Honestly the rating is not on the food because I don’t even know how it tastes. I can tell you that I have been waiting in the drive-through for over 20 minutes and still haven’t even placed my order with only two cars in front of me. If it wasn’t for my six-year-old in the back begging for chicken I would have left 18 minutes ago. This is absolutely ridiculous. Why is it every KFC that takes this damn Long? Don’t call it a drive-through if you are able to facilitate my needs of quick service

Ordered food just now while we were ordering food the gentleman that took our order said that i was a picky eater that's not how you answer a customer while you work in customer service that was very rude for him to respond like that while we were just ordering food we asked for a bowl and wanted no corn he Put corn when we made it clear we wanted no corn in our bowl. Spanish guy with long hair skinny that worked june 1st 2019 9:30 ish that should narrow it down. He gave us a dirty look at well which the cashier cashed us out .

Great place and good service

I bought the Famous bowl meal and they gave me a half of famous bowl... When I complained why they were shorting me out, I was told if I wanted more I would had to pay extra and I said, I didn't want more, I wanted what's coming for me! Then she said for me to take it with the manager... So I said bring him out here! He came out and I just asked for my money back and left.

Pull up to the window and all i see is a person just chewing away on some gum with mouth wide open then tells us she could not fill our order so pull around and wait 20 minutes later for a total of 30 plus minutes we get our food and drove off get home and did not have whole order

The crew working tonight locked in my business for good. There was a mistake made, however they did not hesitate to fix it. With great attitudes as well. Fantastic! Thank you so much again.

The food was great, but service was lacking

I want to share this to anyone who wants to come to KFC, their food is great but would recommend you stead clear of KFC on Dale Mabry because never in my life have I ever had the worst experience of customer service ever in my life. The employees had a rude attitude. I wanted to know how long it would take and they only had an “I told you so” attitude. Part of my order was a couple of pot pies but they had told me they did have that many so I thought to my self that they could just make it but once again they sounded like they did not want to do their job and make it even though we were the ones paying them. I have never had to right a terrible review in my life no matter how bad a place was but this got me over the top. I hope this helps you because if you want food come to anywhere else but KFC ON DALE MABRY.

The chicken was dry..wont go there again..

Chicken always taste great. But wow. The size of the chicken now is rediculous. I've had chicken wings. The size other the breat they serve.. it's sad

Very dirty the entrance doors and side walk could a good cleaning daily and the inside had a very bad odor

No original recipe chicken breast on a Thursday at 7pm.
