I've gone back several times and the chicken is still nasty I go chicken stripes and potatoes. And bun. Bun was burned. Chicken was not cooked and nasty and no utensils to eat potatoes with except my hands. Its a good place to stay away from

Awful food, awful service, brought my kids to McDonalds instead after the employee on the drivethru was so impatient we just gave up ordering anything else. The food we did order was opened and falling apart in the bag. The fries were dumped all over the place. They literally got everything wrong. Takes talent to screw up this bad!

Since it's a fast food joint I never expect much in terms of the food and so I'm never disappointed (though the last time I went my food was cold). However, the staff is average in terms of service. They aren't bad or mean, they just aren't that friendly and never seem happy to be there. The tables are always filthy when I go so I always have to clean them while I wait for my food. The bathrooms are never that clean either. It's moreso due to being short staffed than it is the staff not caring. There just isn't enough of them to have someone leave the kitchens to clean the dining area.

Rude rude rude staff! I used to not really have much if any problem when I got lunch from this location. But lately the staff is rude, cant get an order right, just want to take your money and charge you for what you DIDNT EVEN ORDER! Also some manager opened the drive through window to hand my my food. She just shoved it at me and slammed thr window, I was even trying to ask her for sauce before she have my my food. She ignored me and slammed the window. Then the cashier just made up an excuse and was very unpleasant. If you don't like your job or people then dont work in a customer facing environment.

Actually taco bell.. Went in with a big order 20+ items. Everything was done exactly as I ordered and everyone was friendly. Young lady training on the register was intentive and inquisitive about what was going on and her trainer didn't skip a step! Thank you!

Quick and easy. Always better then the new chicken place by the mall. Not to mention they have Taco Bell in there too so we can mix it up.

Worst KFC location I have ever been to throughout all my travels throughout the entire country. Lady who took my order at the drive thru on 05/13/2020 just after Noon. She was absolutely rude over the intercom. Plus I ordered a large order of mashed potatoes with gravy and get this tiny side order version instead. Yup, you just lost my business and if I want KFC I will drive completely out of the way to another location because of how unhappy employees seem to be here at this location as it shows in their service to customers. At least the kid handing me my purchases through the window was nice otherwise they'd have not even a single star review from me.

Will give zero star if available. Came in for chicken, got attitudes and condescending services instead. Absolutely awful!
