Shouldn't have been horribly busy when I was there, but it was. Due to slow service. People lined up and waiting for their orders. I waited 15+ minutes after I ordered before I got my food.

pretty good place and have gotten faster in ordering process!staff is willing to help and if your coupon is not as good they will show you a better deal!
Questions & Answers
They have 5 McDonald stores 3 Burger kings 3 wendys. But only 1 kfc. If they built one by Wal-Mart on Broadway they would have plenty to draw from.

It takes me 15-20 minutes to travel to your store. We usually order the 12 piece meal. It is very discouraging when we get there and the place is packed and they never have enough chicken breast. I still have to pay full price but no white meat. Not fair! I have supported kfc since i was 10 years old. The best chicken around. There are more than enough people in Idaho Falls to support two stores. Just sayin!
We need one in Arco, Idaho... As if that would ever happen...
