Love the food but....No buffet no more :(

Make their chicken like they use to in the 70's and don't over cook it and it taste like it's supposed to taste !

I don't know what happened to kfc is the worker or the food my chicken was hard and old never going there again and the pie pot was horrible like it been sitting up for a while

Western Ave is the worst KFC in Knoxville TN. I have dined in a few times and every time the lobby/dinning room is a mess, drinks were out and multiple items were unavailable or a 30 min wait. So I stopped going in. For 3 weeks straight I have went through drive through at least 5 times, I want the #17 (pot pie) between the hours of 5-8. Every time I'm told there is a 22-26 min wait. I'm just getting off work, heading home and don't want to wait that long at a FAST FOOD resturrest. This location is a joke. Go to the one on Clintion Hwy, clean, fresh, food is available there and friendly.

Worst KFC in town... What I had ordered was incorrect.when I went back around to have it corrected. The manager on duty was "too busy" that she had the cashier inform me she would not make it right or refund my money. The manager was not in uniform and was wearing sweatpants and a sweatshirt. My experience was completely unprofessional from beginning to end. Stay clear of this restaurant!!

Food was excellent and restaurant was clean. However, the cashier didn't listen to what was being said and only did what she thought was right. Which was wrong. The environment was pleasant and manager was nice.

Oof that was a good 20 min drive thru AND didn't get the order right. Somehow there's a box of biscuits instead of another 2pc box. Is it possible to report this place to Google maps to get taken down?

Expected chicken nuggets not chicken droppings mc. McDonald beats them

They're always slow and messing up my order. When I do get it they seem to pick out the worst pieces they can find smh

Always a contender but the downside is the "CON-Tenders"If you dont buy 'extra crispy' I dont expect you to enjoy this place. The change that occurred at some point in the last year where the tenders are slightly bigger offshoots of Burger Kings' old chicken fingers is terrible. Do not waste $25 buying a 12-piece tenders meal. The Nashville Hot flavor is better than the original release but not good enough. In short, KFC does there job. Dont ask too much of them

No product lazy all food that they had was cold and old. Only customer made me pull up. No saus . Sweet tea was bad super old barley ice in the drinks probably to lazy to fill ice bins. True embarrassment to the kfc name.

Like I remember. Not all KFC equal. The store on western good.

I literally just ordered a 2 piece meal I was supposed to get a breast and a leg. I ended up with a leg and a thigh. I even had to pull up and I wait on my order. After waiting 7 minutes, I finally got my meal. It was dried up, cold, and definitely not eatable. I eat there all the time and this was the worst ever!!

Very good chicken strips. I liked the Nashville hot sauce. Friendly and helpful staff

No one in house no one in line. No Pepsi and no chicken. You got to do better than this.
