Food was okay, long wait times. It's been remodeled, which looks nice.

Had to wait as three cars went through drive thru, first piece of chicken was smashed the second one was chewy service and food was very bad would not recommend this location. Up

$10 for 5 chicken strips.. This is a $2 strip of chicken. I'd hate to order popcorn chicken.. Cant imagine how small those are.. What kind of manager shoves this stuff off on the customers? And does not care if you have a complaint about it.

I love KFC, but the wait was really long for "fast food" I wasn't in a hurry today, but there were some very frustrated people waiting around us while we were in. Would be a higher rating if it were not noticeable

Waited almost 15 minutes for my food. The potato wedges were cold and who knows how long ago they had been cooked. I ordered a crispy colonel sandwich and got one chicken little sandwich instead. Not even worth trying to get fixed since I spent half my lunch break waiting on the order in the first place.

I don't know what's going on but customer service is terrible over there. Everytime I go the order is messed up, there is something missing, and the chicken is incredibly chewy. Like I said, I don't know what's going on but this has become a habit everytime we go

Most of the people working here are pretty incompetent and don’t really care that they are. But today the kid working the window took the cake! I understand it’s fast food so expectations aren’t too high to begin with, but you would figure at least on a day when Nick the manager of the store is working, that things would at least in somewhat of a working order. Sat at the drive through speaker and was told to wait. Waited ten minutes then said something to see if I needed to go somewhere else. They just forgot someone was there, must be smoking the devils lettuce in the walk in over there! Needless to say don’t expect much even with upper managerment working.

KFC is just what you would expect. Its not gourmet dining but its good and you know what to expect. Everyone behind the counter is always polite and helpful. If you walk in and see 10 people waiting you can expect a bit of a wait as well. No problem, orders come out steady and the food is hot and the order is accurate. I also hear "thank you" when I pick up my food. Its all good.

Always use the drive through. They are quick and efficient. Food is typical fast food but the customer service is pretty good for the drive through. Their machine though is always broken and orders have been screwed up a couple of times for us.

This place has almost never gotten my order wrong save for the missed drink or two (I should have asked), and the service has always been pretty good. I personally prefer KFC chicken to any other fast food chicken, but that's only because KFCs and specifically this KFC tend to be consistent in their wait times and the food itself is always consistently good as well. Other places I have seen over or under cooked chicken, but not here. I recommend this place if you're looking for well cooked, crispy, greasy, salty chicken for a reasonable price.

Customer service was bad. Chicken was still red inside. They questioned about me being sure. We then got over fried chicken😕

Ordered a 16pc. Family meal for dinner. our food was OLD, NOT FRESH and wrong on the order. It appeared that the person putting our 60$ order together just tossed it into a bag and used the oldest food available. My family is outraged and we will not order KFC ever again!

Really good nice family place.

Great staff and location! Only downer is the customer clientele, lots of elderly rude people that act like they own the place. I give great kudos to the staff members for what they have to put up with.
