Management greeted my warmly, recognized my military service and established rapport. Compensation for a longer than normal wait for a fresh batch of food to meet our request. Nice visit

The manager is VERY friendly. I swear she must not have a life because she is always there! :) Always on top of things, it may take a few extra minutes, but it is worth having fresh made.My little girl and me have been going there for 2 years. She loves it! The all natural chicken is cooked just right. You can't beat the price. Yummy, yummy, yummy!

Did not have enough chicken ready negotiating with customers including me on my order, chose to wait for them to cook more chicken, prepare staff also seemed to me as if it was an imposition, Cashier was very pleasant and understood the inconvenience

Food was good and hot, management would not honor promotion coupon even though the had done it before at sane location (even when I had proof). Also would not give me address/phone to contact their franchise office.

Food was delicious. Staff was nice and polite. We waited a long time. Inside where food was prepped was unclean. Needed more staff. SAD 😔. Somebody need to hire more people to clean up. Food cost enough. I come from fast food and this is just wrong. I Won't go back.

I ordered mash potatoes and gravy, NOT french fries as my side. I even repeated it twice.
