Worst customer service I ever experienced. They weren't will to help me. Rude, the manager and crew member.

I waited alone here for 30 mins just for a couple of wings, UNBELIEVABLE!!! Not to mention rude employees as well. Dont expect me to come back ever again.

Normally, I would give KFC good ratings. Last night they were a hot mess. We ordered to Fill--up meals. 1) A breast fill-up and 2) a 4-piece tender fill-up. When we get to the window and paid, they give up our drinks and the ask us to pull around to the other side of the building to wait for our order (no reason). I assumed they were were still preparing the meal, but why make us move, noone in is drive-thru. I drive around to the front of the building. 10 minutes later, I walk inside and inquire about my order and am being told it's being prepared now. They had to wait for the tenders. We get home and there are no chocolate chip cookies in my fill-up!!! Seriously, KFC was a HOT MESS with no customer service. 😡
