Awesome customer service fast service and good food will be back. Update i came back on 12-31 the real huge lady with light colored shirt and red short hair and idiot behind the counter where making fun of customers loud enough for people to hear wont be back any more they to busy talking about people my order was wrong to smh

The best Durham area KFC/Taco Bell thus far. The rest need a lot of work in management, customer service & cleanliness.

WORST KFC EVER!Stopped for a quick lunch, each of us got simple 3 pc tender meals. The regular tenders were cold and old. I got the Nashville Hot, which were absolutely drowned in grease. I am not delusional, I expect fried food to be a little greasy, but the tenders had soaked in the puddle of oil they were served in. A whole stack of napkins couldn't fix them. We ate the potatoes, which were good and hot, but my daughter and I threw away the terrible tenders and crunchy biscuits and left. On top of everything, there were 3 employees outside when we left. One older gentleman was actually working. The other 2 were smoking weed with someone in a little gray car in the parking lot, and we had to wait for them to move before we could get into our car. SMH. We will not be going back to this location again.
