Where did the crispy chicken. It was crispy, but the flavor was different. Didn't really care for the new taste.

Overpriced disgusting food. They're employees are nasty, literally and rude. I used to work there, don't even get me started on how they treat your food.

Staff on duty 6:00 pm on 7/25/19 need some customer training. Angry slaming togo orders on counter and very sarcastic!

We ordered a 16 piece meal no breasts we got 2 orders of mashed potatoes and not enough gravy for both. No butter or honey for our biscuits. We spent $40 and it was disappointing

Definitely the greatest chicken place to eat hands down!

No extra crispy at lunch time and they weren't busy. Excuse was cook forgot. Ok then when I ask them to refund that part they refund my whole order so I feel that because they screwed up they were like well we don't want your business. Very poor service and lack of responsibility.

Cashier today was very nice. We kept her laughing. Clean restaurant, and the best KFC in Toledo, that I've been to.

Tell just dont make the chicken like they use to👎🏿

Had to go in for missing part of order. Pop tasted gross had to exchange, chicken was super dry, and biscuit was so hard ot shattered. Sad cause i love kfc.

Messed up drive thru order, missing food, cmon guys, this isn’t rocket science
