This place is slowwwww no matter what time of day you come. Service is TERRIBLE!

Slow as a sloth for service. Then original recipe chicken doesnt even come close to matching KFC standards. No taste just blah.

I've never had the correct order or it was old with extra grease so we go across town now. I hope they do better.

Terrible location!!!! Lazy manager and staff. Pulled up for a pickup order and they never made it!!! Told me to pull up to the first window and never came to the window with the food. I honked the horn and no one still came to the window. When I finally realized they weren't going to make my pickup order I began to pull off from the drive thru. As I'm pulling off I see the window chick sitting down at a table talking on her phone. I could see the manager and some other staff wrapping up things. They closed the restaurant without making my pickup order. They suck!!!

Slow as hell service... took forever for a very simple order... won't be coming back here...

Very nice late night staff to handle drive through business. I waited 25 minutes for an 11 item order but it came out hot, fresh + exactly right.

I ordered from door dash n they messed it up saying that they do the 2 for $6 and didn't give me my pot pie. Don't answer the phone the food was hot but it didn't have a seal the food or soda n when the guy got there he had to wait on the pot pie.

Service is always slow, or the always run out of chicken and you have to wait for them to cook more. They will have you waiting and then forget about you waiting.

Just wow.. I came in to 2 customers in front of me. They got their orders within a few minutes. I placed my order at 5:41 PM. They finally got out to me 11 minutes later. The food wasn't even good. I know it's N. Tryon but come on people. Put some effort into your work.

Ordered 3 two piece drum and thigh combo meal and a large mash potato side on doordash from here. Received NO drinks. A SMALL mash potato side when we clearly ordered a large. All 3 of our orders came with no drink. Do they even check the order???

KFC on Tryon Street was slow providing orders. Since this is a combined KFC and Taco Bell we got KFC food first and then Tacon Bell food second. By that time the KFC's good was cold. I was given an old Nashville chicken sandwich. Will thnk jard about visiting this establishment agsin.

No grilled chicken a hour and 45 minutes before closing time. And that was one of the only reasons I came so my night was ruined. Service was bland. Seems like the workers don’t like their job. I have great experiences at other kfc locations! They also had no seasoning in my chicken at all. I think maybe they forgot to season the chicken! Crazy right? Worst experience EVER

The service is good. Potatoes wedges were fresh and hot. Chicken sandwiches we're ok, but overcooked and dry.
